MEDITERRANEAN PLATTER
Ready to switch up game day?!? I love football season so much!! What is not to love about relaxing all damn day on the couch and eating delicious food and let’s not forget about bloody Mary’s and bottomless mimosas!
Game day usually involves wings, nachos, chili, and all the other tasty comfort food which I love but sometimes I just want something different. This Mediterranean platter was just the solution and it is perfect for Monday Night Football because it also checks the box if you’re trying to do Meatless Monday. This is a fun and easy way to have dinner ready in a flash!
