HOMEMADE BLUEBERRY JAM
I love toast! If you watch my InstaStories then you know that 90% of my mornings involve my homemade decaf mocha latte and paleo toast topped with whatever I have on hand and sounds good that day. It just doesn’t get old!
This toast is super simple because I absolutely love the delicious taste of my homemade blueberry jam - made with only 2 ingredients - it is my favorite! So why cover up the delicious blueberry flavor with other toppings?
{HOMEMADE BLUEBERRY JAM}
💜 1 c organic frozen blueberries
💜 1/2 tsp Vital Proteins gelatin
DIRECTIONS:
1️⃣ heat frozen blueberries over low heat until softened
2️⃣ use a potato masher to smash blueberries into a chunky sauce
3️⃣ remove from heat and sprinkle gelatin over smashed blueberries and stir to mix gelatin well
4️⃣ once it cools to room temperature, pour into a mason jar and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
