Ginger to Enhance Digestion

Ginger. With a digestive system like mine, it did not take long for ginger and I to become best friends. To be honest, I used to hate ginger, but after continuous attempts and mind over matter knowing that it was good for my body, I truly have developed a love for it! Ginger is a natural, quick, and easy way to calm the stomach. It helps with everything from upset stomach, cramps, bloating, gas, enhances digestion, nausea, morning sickness, motion sickness, basically anything involving digestion, ginger can help!

I try and add ginger to various dishes when I am cooking, especially rice, veggies, and marinades. I love to add it to smoothies and fresh juices.
