Paleo Pumpkin Spice Balls
I love all types of protein balls so you knew that a pumpkin one must be on the horizon! Wait no longer, these low sugar, grain free, gluten free, paleo protein balls are a must make. They are perfect snacks for on the go for those of all ages. My son absolutely loves them!
PALEO PUMPKIN SPICE BALLS
1 c almond flour
1/2 c pumpkin puree
3 T maple syrup
2 tsp ceylon cinnamon
2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 serving of protein powder (I used 2 scoops of Nuzest natural pea protein)
1/4 c coconut flour
1 T coconut sugar
1 T tahini butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
dash of pink salt
Optional: 2 scoops collagen peptides
DIRECTIONS:
Grab a big fork and bowl, combine all ingredients together until mixed thoroughly.
Roll into balls! I like using a small cookie scoop to keep the sizes uniform.
