Protein Cookie Dough Balls (Grain free & Vegan)
If you havenβt made these insanely delicious and protein packed cookie dough balls you are missing out! Actually, I canβt think of a better way to start a Monday than these delicious protein balls.
{GRAIN FREE VEGAN PROTEIN PACKED COOKIE DOUGH}

1 c cashew butta

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 T maple syrup

3/4 c almond flour (may need more depending on cashew butter thickness)

1/4 c tahini paste
π
1/2 c dark chocolate chips
π
optional: 2 scoops Vital Proteins collagen
DIRECTIONS: Mix all ingredients with a fork and roll into balls. Store in fridge for up to a week...if they last that long! #vivbuzz
This is the same cookie dough ball recipe can be made into bars by placing dough into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper.
Or you can tear up the bar/ ball into chunks and swirl into a thick vanilla milkshake or smoothie for the ultimate summer treat!
